Disabled Parking Enforcement 
Member Center
Member Center S.C.O.P.E. volunteers are commissioned for the Disbled Parking Enforcement team by the Spokane County Sheriff's Office to educate the public and/or issue citations for vehicles illegally parked in parking spaces designated for disabled persons.
